Lasting Power of Attorney Preparation and Registration
From £249 plus registration fee of £92 per LPA
Our fee for the preparation and subsequent application to register the documents with the Office of the Public Guardian. We offer bundle discounts for multiple LPA’s.
Probate Assistance
From £750
Our fees start at £750 for assistance with the routine administration of the estate of a deceased person with a Will or without. We will quote based on the particular needs and circumstances of the case.
Will Preparation
From £150 for a single or £250 for couples Wills
Preparation of a basic single Will is chargeable at £150, preparation of couples Wills is chargeable at £250. Any additional Trusts or complexities required are chargeable in addition and will be quoted on a case by case basis.
